This class is the perfect starting point for young gymnasts. From floor exercise to balancing beams, uneven bars, and vaults, we cover it all! You'll build strength and learn about body awareness. Sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Kids ages 3-7 will have fun exploring movement with dance and creative props. Choose from sessions on:Mondays, 4:15-5pm (Ages 3-5)Fridays, 4:15-5pm (Ages 3-5)Mondays, 5-5:45pm (Ages 5-7)Fridays, 5-5:45pm (Ages 5-7)

Enjoy a 45-min dance class and a 45-min gymnastics class. Students will explore movement with dance and creative props, participate in obstacle courses, and work on their motor skills. Sessions are available on Mondays and Fridays.

Ballet is the basis of all dance forms. Dancers will work on technique at the barre and on the floor. Class attire: a leotard, tights or bare legs, ballet shoes. Classes take place Tuesdays from 5-6pm.

This class is the perfect starting point for boys who want to do gymnastics. Students will learn gymnastics skills in all six Men's events while also working on their strength, agility and flexibility. Choose from Tuesday or Thursday classes.

This class offers training in basic cheer technique and stunting. The class includes 45 minutes of cheer and 45 minutes of gymnastics.

This class consists of a music generated style of dance, using the latest Hip Hop/R&B music. Learn the latest moves in a fun and energetic setting. Class attire: active wear, tennis shoes.

Learn the beginning basics of tap dancing while enjoying the fun and friendship of classmates. Tap gives the dancer coordination and a sense of timing. Class attire: a leotard with leggings or tights, tap shoes.

This class provides an opportunity to explore various forms of dance. The course includes 45 minutes of dance and 45 minutes of gymnastics.

This introductory Ninja class is fun, and energy filled with physical feats that will push the limits and leave you feeling like a true Ninja.

We are learning while moving! Children will have fun, develop social skills, and explore movement in gymnastics, songs, and dance. Child must bring a snack and a drink to each class.
