Hyland Hills Sports Center

Three multi-purpose rooms can be configured multiple ways and offer easy access to Carroll Butts Park.

Capacity: Varies by room. The rooms accommodate up to 200 people when combined.

$150 Deposit ($300 if Alcohol)
$60 One Room per hour ($130 if Alcohol)

Carl Park Community Center

This 2,300 sq. ft. center offers a catering kitchen and access to a playground for the kids.

Capacity: 75 People
Pricing:
$150 Deposit ($300 if Alcohol)
$60 per hour ($135 if Alcohol)
How to Book: For reservations without alcohol, book online 30 days in advance. For reservations with alcohol, or organized on behalf of a non-profit, complete our Online Request Form.

 

 

Cottonwood Lodge
9650 Sheridan Blvd.

The Cottonwood Lodge, located at the Greg Matriona Golf Courses, offers (2) banquet rooms, in-house catering, views of the first tee boxes, and all your A/V needs.

Capacity: Banquet Rooms seat 80 people each or can be combined for 160 people.

Birthday Parties & Group Outings

Group Outings:

• Water World offers discounted rates for groups of 15+ as well as group shelters and exclusive after-hours events. Learn more.
• Adventure Golf & Raceway offers discounted rates for groups of 10+ as well as private event areas. Learn more.
• The Hyland Hills Sports Center offers organized and supervised gymnastics activities for groups of 10-60 participants. Call 303-650-7500 for information and availability.

Birthday Party Packages:

• Water World birthday parties can be booked online for groups of 8 or more.
• Adventure Golf & Raceway birthday parties are available March – early November for groups of 8 or more.
• Ice Skating birthday parties can be booked at the Ice Centre at the Promenade and accommodate up to 20 people. Includes party room access during a public skate session. Call 303-469-2100 ext. 0 for information and availability.
• Gymnastics/Ninja birthday parties are available at the Hyland Hills Sports Center for a minimum of 10 children. Includes 60 minutes of supervised gymnastics/ninja activities and 30 minutes in a party room. Call 303-428-7488 for information and availability.
