Your membership gives you access to a variety of group fitness classes. Click on the links below to view the class descriptions.
Total Body Weight Lifting / Muscle
A strength training class that includes minimal choreography and various equipment that will give you maximal results. Improve cardiovascular, muscle endurance, and strength in this fun and challenging class.
Circuit
A combination of cardio, strength, agility, and power movements wrapped up into a circuit format. Modifications are provided and participants have control of how fast they move throughout the class. Come check it out.
Barre
This class is inspired by disciplines such as ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It’s an intensive body shaping experience using holds, isometric movements, core work, and stretching to strengthen, tone, and shape the muscles. No barre, shoes, or heavy weights required.
Tabata
Tabata features 20 second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.
Cycle / Spin
Instructors guide participants through workout phases that include warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool downs. Participants are in control of their resistance to make it as challenging as they want. Indoor cycling bikes have toe clips so that tennis shoes can be worn, but pedals work with cycle shoes as well.
Zumba®
Dance your way to a fitter you! Exciting and unique Latin moves and rhythms in an easy to follow format.
20 / 20 / 20
This class is broken into 3 different segments that include cardiovascular training, resistance training, and core training. Each segment lasts about 20 minutes and will make you sweat as time flies by!
HIIT
A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval based class combines strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
Tread And Shred
Cardio interval training on the treadmill including endurance, strength, sprints and core.
TRX
Safely perform exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and prevent injuries, all using your own body weight on the TRX suspensions system.
Small Group Training w/PT
Join a Certified Personal Training for a small group training sessions in the functional area with others in a “Boot Camp” similar format. Additional fee applies.
LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™
This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

MixxedFit ®
MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning. Everything about our dance fitness program can be described as explosive – all of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and our very best.
Yogalates
Yogalates combines the power and majesty of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga with the dynamic, strengthening movements of mat-based Pilates. This connection between Yoga and Pilates is the perfect balance between stretching and core strengthening. The class provides a wonderful workout for all ages and fitness levels
Mixed Level Yoga / Vinyasa Flow
Mixed Level-Good for all levels of Yogi while instructor teaches various levels of intensity and progressions of poses, moving through the mountains and valleys of Warm Up, Sun Salutations, Warrior Poses, Hip Openers, Floor/Core work, Cool Down and Final Relaxation.
Mat Pilates / Pilates
A class focused on both stretching and strengthening tone muscles, improve posture, and provide flexibility and balance in a smooth, flowing motion while keeping a strong center.
Pilates Reformer
In a Reformer class clients will combine their own body weight with spring resistance allowing for fluid movements that focus on eccentric muscle contractions. A new dimension of movement is introduced as positions used on the Reformer include kneeling and standing
Power Yoga / Hot Power Yoga
Until you have tried a Power Yoga, you may not even know the level of physical capacity that you are capable of obtaining. This practice will warm you up gradually and safely, then lead you through a faster paced Yoga practice that adds an extra element of core and upper body strength with cardiovascular conditioning.
Yin Yoga
Quiet and passive practice that addresses and strengthens our deep soft tissue [muscles, ligament, tendons & fascia] and bone. It increases energy flow for healing, serenity and joy through LONG simple holds of various poses, as well as balance of mind & body.
