Hyland Hills Parks and Recreation is a Colorado Special District. Revenue from our facilities support recreation centers, community pools, youth and adult programs and other services in the Hyland Hills community.
As a Special District, we are not allowed to donate tickets without receiving value in return.
For a nonprofit to receive tickets from a Hyland Hills facility, your organization must be able to offer marketing or public relations value for the District in return. Tickets are traded in pairs of two for nonprofits’ fundraising purposes. Please contact the Water World Group Sales department for information on discounted bulk tickets.

Who Can Request:
- Only registered non-profit organizations, educational institutions or recognized affiliates, media, and governmental entities will be considered.
- Preference will be given to:
- Organizations within, or near, Hyland Hills District boundaries
- Organizations that provide service to a substantial number of District residents including local schools, libraries, and first responders
- Organizations that support Hyland Hills’ mission of providing “first-class parks, open spaces, facilities, and recreation programs that enrich and promote a healthy lifestyle, create memorable experiences, and build relationships between the District and its community while valuing equity and inclusion”.
- Trades are limited to once per year for each organization.
- We cannot trade tickets to families, foster care, individuals, or political/partisan organizations.
What You Can Request:
- Water World: 2-Pack Day Tickets only; we do not trade season passes, bulk tickets, cabanas, or other add-ons
- Adventure Golf & Raceway: 2-Pack Ultimate Adventure or 18-Hole Mini-Golf Tickets; Monday-Thursday only
- Ice Centre at the Promenade: 2-Pack Public Skate Tickets w/ Skate Rental
- Tickets have no cash value.
- We do not trade cash, golf tournaments, tee times, or Pro Shop gift cards.
When to Request:
- All requests must be submitted at least one month prior to your event date.
- Water World requests are accepted from October – April and are not accepted from May – September.
How to Request:
- Your request must be submitted via our form below. We do not accept telephone, fax, email, or mailed requests.
- We cannot provide your request status once submitted due to the number of requests we receive.
- Denied requests will not receive notification. Approved requests will be notified at the email address you submit in the form.
