This class will be a small intimate class with concentration on building up your bodies foundation through a variety of body toning workouts and core strengthening, using the newest state of the art Pilates Reformer equipment.

Classes take place every Tuesday from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM from January 9 through February 13.
