Hyland Hills offers karate at the new Hyland Hills Sports Center! Classes are repeated year and year toward black belt and beyond. Classes involve traditional drills, two-person exercises, body conditioning, health benefits, and mental development with Kata.

FLOK (Future leaders of Karate) Experienced students will continue their training to achieve black belt and beyond. Students in this class may also be involved with class instruction!
