Functional Fitness for Golf Starts

Part of our new functional fitness series, this class is designed to improve golf performance and prevent injury through targeted mobility, stability, strength, and power training. Exercises focus on rotation strength, core stability and hip/shoulder mobility. Suitable for all fitness levels and a great complement to Yoga “Fore” Golfers.
