Take your golf game to the next level with this Mobility/Stretching class for those over the age of 50! Improve your flexibility, strength, and focus on the course with specialized exercises/stretches designed just for golfers. Join us and swing into a more enjoyable round of golf today! Sessions are 6 weeks and classes take place Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm.
