Hyland Hills Ticket Trades for Nonprofits

Hyland Hills Parks and Recreation owns and operates Water World, Adventure Golf & Raceway, and the Ice Centre at the Promenade. Revenue from these facilities support recreation centers, community pools, youth and adult programs, and other services in the Hyland Hills community.

As a public agency, we can support our community through a limited number of non-profit trades. 

We provide up to 300 tickets across these facilities from October 1 – September 30 each year. Requests will not be accepted once the 300 tickets have been distributed. Trade is not available for the Greg Mastriona Golf Courses.

The following applies to all requests:

• All requests must be submitted at least one month prior to when you need the tickets in-hand.
• We prioritize public K-12 schools and youth-serving organizations.
• You must be a registered non-profit organization, educational institution or recognized affiliate, or governmental entity in Colorado. 
• Religious-affiliated organizations, families, foster care, individuals, political/partisan organizations, and out-of-state organizations will not be accepted.
• Your organization must offer marketing or public relations value to the District in return for the tickets. As a public agency, we are not allowed to provide tickets without receiving value in return.
• Your request must be submitted via our form below. We do not accept telephone, fax, email, or mailed requests.
• Denied requests will not receive notification. Approved requests will be notified via the email address you submit in the form.
• Trades are limited to once per year for each organization.
• Tickets have no cash value.
