Intermediate Karate Begins (Saturdays)

Hyland Hills offers karate at the new Hyland Hills Sports Center! Classes are repeated year and year toward black belt and beyond. Classes involve traditional drills, two-person exercises, body conditioning, health benefits, and mental development with Kata.
PASCO (Peer Academic Success Coaching) Students will continue their karate training as a gold belt.
Ages: 7+
Cost: $55/month; classes take place Saturdays from Nov. 4 to Nov. 25
