Les Mills Core

LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do. The 30-minute class includes exercises such as planks, lower abdominal endurance exercises, gluteal training, abdominal oblique challenges, and extensor endurance.

Les Mills BodyPump

The high rep, lower weight training of BODYPUMP™ is based on a formula called THE REP EFFECT™, which utilizes time under tension and fatigue to generate muscular adaptation. During a BODYPUMP workout, the fusion of science-backed moves, motivating instructors and great music helps you achieve much more than you would on your own. It is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Barre

Barre blends low-impact, high intensity ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Barre uses bands and free weights to target major muscle groups—arms, legs, glutes, and core—while also improving mobility. If you have not attended a Barre class before, please show up an extra 10 minutes early to learn some basic form movements.

TRX

TRX is a low impact versatile suspension training system that uses straps and body weight exercises to build strength, correct imbalances, and improve flexibility and core stability for all fitness levels.

Circuit

Circuit focuses on developing overall strength. Participants rotate through stations targeting different muscle groups using weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. Emphasis is placed on performing essential movement patterns that mimic everyday life with proper form and intensity.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a challenging class yet designed for all fitness levels. This class includes movements of strength, agility, and power applicable to activities of daily life and sporting events! Expect unique exercises like partner tire flips, sledgehammer slams, and plyometrics!

Zumba

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Zumba Toning

Zumba® Toning is perfect for those who want to party but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Spin

This indoor cycling class is fit for beginners and seasoned cyclists. Set to energizing music, participants pedal through various terrains, including sprints, climbs, and intervals, to boost endurance and build lower body strength.

Les Mills BodyCombat

LES MILLS BodyCombat™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

Boxing for Parkinson’s

Boxing for Parkinson’s is tailored for individuals with Parkinson’s. Participants can expect to engage in non-contact boxing drills, balance exercises, ladder drills, and coordination activities designed to improve motor control, hand eye coordination, and reaction times. Participants can find community and support while improving their physical and mental wellbeing in the fight against Parkinson’s. All boxing equipment is provided.

POUND

POUND® is a full-body jam session that combines cardio and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired flows to help condition and strengthen the body through the excitement and euphoria of drumming. In a single one-hour class, the typical participant burns up to 900 calories. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere to let loose, get energized, tone up and rock out! Each routine is set to energizing music and designed to torch calories, isolate core muscle groups and improve coordination and balance.

HIIT – Tabata

HIIT Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training that alternates between 20-second bursts of maximum effort exercise and 10 seconds of rest for several rounds. This class boosts cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance. Expect fast-paced exercises like jumping jacks and squats, with modifications available for varying fitness levels.

HIIT

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is an intense workout that alternates between bouts of high intensity exercise and rest. Work periods in HIIT are typically longer compared to Tabata. This class offers strength, stability, and plyometrics (jumping) to improve everyday functionality, with modifications to everyone’s needs.

Tread & Shred

Tread & Shred combines treadmill intervals, and strength training for a dynamic, full-body workout. On the treadmill, you’ll tackle varying speeds, inclines, and intensities. Off the treadmill, you’ll build strength using weights for resistance. This class strikes the perfect balance between cardio and strength training to enhance overall fitness and everyday functionality, suitable for all fitness levels.

Les Mills GRIT

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga focuses on slowing the mind while practicing long held (3-5 min), passive postures to stretch and release tension within connective tissues while the body is cold. With a calming, meditative approach, the practice enhances flexibility, joint mobility, and mindfulness. Suitable for all levels, it offers a restorative experience to improve flexibility, release stress, promote emotional well-being, and reconnect with the body. A yoga mat is optional, as one will be provided.

Vinyasa 

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flow-based class that links breath work with a variety of poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a full body workout including flowing sequences and gentle stretches to enhance flexibility, balance, strength, cardiovascular health, and mental clarity. A yoga mat is optional, as one will be provided.

Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flow-based yoga that links breath with movement to build strength, flexibility, and balance. This class targets muscle toning, balance, and core stability through a series of challenging postures and sequences suitable for intermediate and advanced levels. A yoga mat is optional, as one will be provided.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a set of poses used to create strength and focus on alignment, suitable for beginners and all levels. Classes include breath work and meditation. Hatha is intended to prepare the body for meditation through movement by placing emphasis on breathing and postures that improve participants’ strength and flexibility while focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. A yoga mat is optional, as one will be provided.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact class focusing on core strength, flexibility, and posture. Through controlled movements and breathwork, participants will engage deep stabilizing muscles to improve balance and body awareness. This class is excellent for all ages, training status, and those with autoimmune and spinal, hip, knee, and back issues. A yoga mat is optional, as one will be provided.

Les Mills Bodyflow

BODYBALANCE™ features a scientifically backed combination of simple yoga moves, with some elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. The moves are carefully curated to strengthen your entire body and increase flexibility, and it’s all set to the perfect music to unwind to – so it’s easy to forget that you’re challenging your body and changing it for the better.

SilverSneakers Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength and range of movement and improve activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is an optional support tool for both sitting and standing exercises, with an instructor available to modify all movements to suit your fitness level.

SilverSneakers Circuit

Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. All movements can be modified to suit your fitness level.

SilverSneakers Boom Muscle

Set to upbeat oldies music, Boom Muscle incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You’ll move through several “blocks,” which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups. The focus of this class is on toning muscles and building overall strength.

SilverSneakers Yoga

Enjoy a relaxing experience moving through seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion. Finish with restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation to promote reduced stress and mental clarity. All movements can be modified to suit your fitness level.

SilverSneakers Stability

In a fun and social setting, work to improve strength and balance through exercises that build the muscles surrounding the ankle, knee and hip joints. This class is designed specifically to help prevent falls. A chair is an optional support tool, with an instructor available to modify all movements to suit all fitness levels.

CIRCL Mobility

CIRCL Mobility™ is a program designed to enhance overall wellness by focusing on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises. Grounded in the science of functional movement, it aims to help participants release stress, restore range of motion, and renew their ability to move more effectively.
