2020 Master Plan Improvements Description: Staff has created a comprehensive plan to upgrade the playing conditions of all ballfields within the District. Specific facilities include Carroll Butts Park, Hidden Lake Park, and Carstens Park in addition to Waddell Park and the Sports Complex. Upgrades to date include irrigation improvements, aerating, reseeding, and adding topsoil to all fields.
